The Surf Lodge Restaurant
Acclaimed Executive Chef Robert Sieber offers a simple, clean, fresh, and organic market-driven menu with a focus on daily caught seafood. Chef Sieber has an affinity for the fresh flavors of Asian cuisine and has worked for many of the world’s best restaurants, including Jungsik, The Maisonette, Bricolage and DB Bistro Moderne.
The Surf Lodge Restaurant was inspired by the beauty and culture of Montauk. All ingredients are sustainable and local; seafood comes fresh off the fishing boats of Montauk Harbor and produce from the farms of the East End and North Fork of Long Island.
We take rolling reservations.
For parties of 10 or more we accept reservations 1 month in advance of your dining date.
For parties of 9 or less we accept reservations 1 month in advance for Friday, Sunday and Brunch and 2 weeks in advance for Saturday.
